04 for a variance allowing an encroachment of less than two (2) feet into the minimum setback from
an abutting residential use on the northern and eastern sides of property located at 11595 East 115th
Street North (Lot 1, Block 1, Charity Auto Sales); the property is approximately 0.52 acres in size, and is
zoned Commercial Shopping (CS)
