Call to Order -Chair Kelly Lewis called the meeting to order at 6:50 pm. 2. Roll Call- A quorum was declared present. It was further explained an item will be placed on the February 20, 2024, City Council agenda for consideration and action. 4. Discussion relating to the appointment of a Deputy City Clerk Juliann M.
