3. Consider Approval of the Minutes of March 24, 1998 Regular Meeting.
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING
4. OBOA-98-08 - A request for a Special Exception of the Owasso Zoning Code,
Section 1002, to allow for a non -permanent accessory vendor on property currently
zoned CG (Commercial General). The subject property is described as a portion of
the southeast corner of E. 86 Street North and North 123 East Ave., Cornerstone
Shopping Center; further described as 12400 E. 86th Street North.
5. OBOA-98-09 - A request for a Special Exception to allow for the use of a restaurant
in an IL (Light Industrial) zoning district. The subject property is described as Lot 2,
Block 1, Three Lakes Industrial Park; further described as 8263 Owasso Expressway.
6. OBOA-98-10 - A request for a Special Exception of the Owasso Zoning Code,
Section 1002, to allow for a non -permanent accessory vendor on property currently
zoned CS (Commercial Shopping Center). The subject property is described as Lot
1, Block 1, Clark Plaza Fourth Addition; further described as 11815 E. 86th Street
North.
7. OBOA-98-11 - A request for a Variance of the Owasso Zoning Code, Section 430 to
allow for a deviation in the side yard setback requirements of property currently
zoned RD (Residential Duplex). The subject property is described as Lot 10 & 11,
Block 2, Hale Acres II Addition, Owasso, OK.
