3. Consider Approval of the Minutes of November 24, 1998 Regular Meeting.
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING
4. OBOA-98-24 — A request from Shelly Lutu, applicant, for a Special Exception of the
Owasso Zoning Code — Chapter 4, Section 420.2 B, Accessory Use Conditions — Home
Occupations, to allow for a child daycare facility on property currently zoned RS-3
(Residential Single -Family High -Density) Zoning District. The subject property is
described as Lot 3, Block 4, Elm Creek Estates First Addition and is located at 8019 N 118"'
E Avenue, Owasso, Oklahoma.
5. OBOA-98-25 — A request from Schlotzsky's Deli, applicant, for a variance of the Owasso
Zoning Code — Appendix F (Owasso Sign Ordinance), Section 1021.5, CS and IL Use
Conditions to allow for an additional wall sign not abutting a public right-of-way on
property currently zoned CS (Shopping Center) Zoning District. The subject property is
described as a tract of land in the South Half of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
(S/2 S/2 SE/4) of Section 20, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, and is located at 12551
E 86`" Street North, Owasso, Oklahoma.
6. OBOA-98-26 — A request from A & W Land Development, Incorporated, for a Special
Exception of the Owasso Zoning Code — Section 410, Principal Uses Permitted in
Residential Districts, to allow for the development of a temporary real estate and
construction office on property currently zoned RS-3 (Residential Single -Family High -
Density) Zoning District. The subject property is described as Lot 17, Block 5, Country
Estates III Addition, and is located in the northern portion of Country Estates III on 109' E
Avenue, Owasso, Oklahoma.
