Glenna Anderson moved that the Trustees accept the golf cart facility and that the one-year maintenance bond be activated as of August 27, 1993. Motion was seconded by and carried 3-0. Action taken by the Trust at a previous meeting relating to a conditional acceptance of the cart facility was inappropriate, therefore this item appears on the agenda again. Dirk Ruark was not present to answer questions concerning the completion of the maintenance facility. Glenna Anderson moved to withhold acceptance of the maintenance facility at this time. Motion seconded by Bob Oldefest and carried 3-0. Motion seconded by Bob Oldefest and carried 3-0. TT�EMJ�* REQUEST TO ALLOW EXCESS FUNDS REMAINING IN THE WATER SERVICE LINE ITEM TO BE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CART PATHS The budgeted amount for construction of a water service line was $10,000. Of that amount, $1,621.88 was used. Following discussion, Bob Oldefest moved to authorize funds remaining in this line item to be used for the construction of cart paths. Motion seconded by Glennq,, Anderson and carried 3-0. Bob Oldefest moved, seconded by Glenna Anderson to adjourn.
