ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO ITEMS
LISTED FROM BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS AS BAILEY GOLF RANCH
NEEDS
The list of items prepared was divided into aesthetic and functional, and a dollar amount had
been placed on each item. The Trustees directed Mr Fitzsimmons to send a letter to the Bailey
Foundation listing those items that were preapproved as items the foundation would be willing
to assist with. Mr Fitzsimmons will also list the remaining items by those costing less than
$10,00 and those over $10,000; and will further prioritize them according to the most urgent
needs.
Maintenance of the entry was discussed. Mr Pittman said that the land developers, with
assistance from the Bailey Trust, will construct a stucco entry. A request had been made that
the golf authority contribute funds for the entrance. Glenna Anderson moved that the golf
authority maintain the entrance, as well as the water supply for the entrance, for two years in
lieu of contributing funds for the construction of the entrance. Motion seconded by Ed
Sokolosky and carried 5-0.
ITEM 5: GENERAL DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO
CLUBHOUSE CONCEPT
This item was placed on the agenda so that the entrance and clubhouse could be of similar
design. Because the entrance design has been approved by the developers and Bailey Trust,
discussion of this item wasn't necessary.
ITEM 6. GENERAL DISCUSSION AND UPDATE ON GOLF ---QQU1RaE
MANAGEMENT ISSUES
Mr Fitzsimmons said that a preliminary draft of the FY94-95 is almost complete.
