The Owasso Public Golf Authority met in a special session on Wednesday, December 27, 1995
at 2:00 p.m. in the Owasso City Hall Conference Room per the Notice of Public Meeting and
Agenda, called by the Chair and notification given at 6: 10 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19,
1995, and posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 22, 1995.
Chairperson Glenna Anderson called the meeting to order at 2:07 p.m., and declared a quorum
present.

Mr Ray discussed the financial position of the Authority, relating to both short term and long
term needs. Action is being taken to refinance the bonds and restructure the debt service for
a better long term cash flow. Action needs to be taken to address the immediate needs, with
direction given by the trustees.
ITEM 3: CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A
REQUEST FOR AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSING PERSONNEL MATTERS AS AUTHORIZED BY 25 O.S.
SECTION 307, SUBSECTION Bf 1).
Bob Oldefest moved, seconded by Tom Rikkola, to enter into executive session for the purpose
of discussing personnel matters. Motion carried 3-0.

ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION AUTHORIZING
APPROPRIATE AGENCIES AND AGENTS TO IMPLEMENT COST
REDUCTION MEASURES RELATING TO GOLF COURSE OPERATIONS;,
AND DIREC 'ING SPECIFIC ACTIONS DEEMED NECESSARY AND
PROPER TO THE TRUSTEES.
The trustees requested input from Mr Fitzsimmons and Mr Swanson relating to golf course cost
reduction measures. The Chair called a special meeting on Tuesday, January 2, 1996 at 4:00
p.m. at the Owasso City Hall, at which time Bailey Golf Ranch Management Inc will present
a plan of action.

was adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
