ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Brian Skelton called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m., and declared a quorum present. ITEM 2: CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO RESOLUTION OPGA 95-01 ESTABLISHING A LINE OF CREDIT WITH FIRST BANK OF OWASSO. The slower play winter months have caused a potential cash flow problem. Discussions have been held with First Bank of Owasso and they have agreed to establish a line of credit to be available to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the golf course if that action should become necessary. Maximum credit to be extended cannot exceed $30,000 and the resolution establishes a time period not to exceed 90 days. If the line of credit is actually used, it will be necessary for the Trustees to obtain the approval of the City Council. Glenna Anderson moved, seconded by Tom Rikkola, to approve OPGA Resolution #95-01, establishing a line of credit with First Bank of Owasso in an amount not to exceed $30,000 and a time period not to exceed 90 days. Motion carried 3-0. ITEM 3' CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A LETTER FROM THE BAILEY FOUNDATION REGARDING CART PATH ENCROACHMENT. In order for the sale of land to occur between the Larkin Bailey Foundation and Kourtis Properties, a request has been made that OPGA execute an agreement for the removal of cart path encroachments. Portions of the cart paths were inadvertently located on Foundation land at the time the golf course was developed. The agreement requires that OPGA remove the encroachments within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice from Kourtis Properties. This item had been discussed at a previous meeting of the Authority.
