PURPOSE:
The City of Owasso will conduct a public hearing in accordance
with Article XIV of the Owasso Zoning Code relating to a Minor
Administrative Variance Request, OBOA 25-06, to allow a two -
foot reduction in the required minimum lot frontage in an
Industrial Light (IL) zoning district for property located at 405 West
2nd Avenue; currently zoned Commercial General (CG), with a
proposed rezoning to Industrial Light (IL) to be considered
separately by the Planning Commission and City Council.
Notice of a Public Hearing filed in the office of the City Clerk, and posted at City Hall, 200 South Main Street,
at 12:00 pm on Monday, June 16, 2025. �1
