NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT TO WIT: SECTION 1. A tract of land described as being approximately one-half (1/2) mile south of the southeast corner of East 106th Street North and North Owasso Expressway, said tract more particularly described as follows: A tract of land in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (E/2 SW/4 SE/4 NW/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said E/2 SW/4 SE/4 NW/4; thence West along the South line of said E/2 SW/4 SE/4 NW/4 a distance of 151.23 feet to a point on the East right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 169; thence North 23015'45" East along said right of way line a distance of 363.48 feet to a point on the East line of said E/2 SW/4 SE/4 NW/4; thence South along said East line a distance of 330.44 feet to the Point of Beginning. Mrs The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 SE/4 NW/4), LESS a tract described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said SE/4 SE/4 NW/4; thence East along the North line a distance of 151.20 feet; thence South 23115'45" West a distance of 363.41 feet to the West line; thence North along said West line 330.44 feet to the Point of Beginning. AND LESS AND EXCEPT a parcel in the SE/4 SE/4 NW/4 of Section 16, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, more particularly described as: Ordinance 1241 Page 7 of 3 Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SE/4 SE/4 NW/4 of said Section 16; thence South 00003'36" East, 172.34 feet along the Easterly line to the Point of Beginning; thence South 00103'36" East, 100.00 feet along said line; thence South 89°56'24" West, 100.00 feet; thence North 00°03'36" West, 100.00 feet; thence North 89056'24" East, 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. The same is hereby rezoned from Agriculture (AG) to Commercial Shopping (CS). SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict only. SECTION 3. If any part or parts of this ordinance are deemed unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4. The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days from the date of final passage as provided by state law. SECTION 5. There shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, a true and correct copy of this Ordinance and correct map.
