Call to Order - Vice Chair Dennis Phillips called the meeting to order at 10:00 am. Report from Trustees Ms. Feary reported that the Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Job Fair on Thursday, March 121h at Tulsa Tech, and a Governor Candidate Forum meeting on Wednesday, May 6ih at Tulsa Tech. 8. Mai,wSf Owassa, OK 74055 City of Owasso Public Work Department STATUS REPORT April 7, 2026 Garnett Road Widening (E 106th St N to E 116'h St N) - In July 2025, City Council approved construction contract with R&L Construction. - Construction commenced on September 8, 2025, with completion anticipated in September 2026. - Water and stormwater line installation is approximately 70% complete. - Sanitary sewer infrastructure installation is complete. - E 96th St N from approximately N 1191h E Ave to N 1291h E Ave Improvements - West Phase - In April 2025, City Council approved a construction contract with Grade Line Construction. - Construction commenced in May 2025. - Contractor has finished with the median installation. - Milling and overlay work is in progress, with the final 2" asphalt installation over the next two weeks along with striping. Completion is anticipated by April 24, 2026. - N 121 E Ave asphalt mill and overlay will commence in late -April 2026, with completion in mid -May 2026. E 106th St N and N 129th E Ave Intersection Improvements - Construction commenced on March 16, 2026, with completion by December 2026. - Construction is underway with contractor clearing of the right-of-way as well as placing temporary culverts for temporary drive lanes.
