MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
Tuesday, April 4, 2000
The Owasso Public Golf Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, April 4, 2000 in the
Council Chambers at the Owasso Community Center per the Notice of Public Meeting and
Agenda posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2000.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Wilken called the meeting to order at 6:46 p.m.
ITEM 2: FLAG SALUTE
The flag salute was held during the OPWA meeting preceding this meeting.
ITEM 4: ROLL CALL

A quorum was declared present.
ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A REQUEST
FOR APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approval of the Minutes of March 21, 2000 Regular Meeting.
B. Approval of Claims.
The consent agenda included minutes of the March 21, 2000 regular meeting, by reference made
a part hereto. Item B on the consent agenda included the following claims: (1) Bailey Ranch
Golf Club $73,290.39; (2) Payroll $17,631.73. Ms Voss moved, seconded by Ms Barnhouse, to
approve the consent agenda.
AYE: Voss, Barnhouse, Bode, Williams, Wilken
NAY: None
Motion carried 5-0.

ITEM 5: REPORT FROM OPGA MANAGER
No report.
ITEM 6: REPORT FROM OPGA ATTORNEY.
No report.
ITEM 7: NEW BUSINESS.
None.
ITEM 8: ADJOURNMENT
Ms Voss moved, seconded by Ms Barnhouse to adjourn.
AYE: Voss, Barnhouse, Bode, Williams, Wilken
NAY: None
Motion carried 5-0, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
