MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
TUESDAY, November 25, 2025
The Owasso Board of Adjustment met in regular session on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in the Council
Chambers at Old Central, 109 North Birch Street, Owasso, Oklahoma, per the Notice of Public Meeting filed
Friday, December 13, 2024; and the agenda filed in the office of the City Clerk and posted at City Hall, 200
South Main Street, at 11:30 am on Friday, November 14, 2025.
1. Call to Order- Mr. Davis called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
2. Roll Call - A quorum was declared present.
PRESENT: ABSENT: STAFF:
Chair- Kyle Davis Board Member- Dean Knoten Alexa Beemer, Planning Manager
Vice Chair- Heather Cunningham Wendy Kramer, City Planner
Board Member -Jim Bausch
Board Member- Joe Ramey
3. Consideration and appropriate action relating to the minutes of the October 28, 2025, Regular Meeting
Mr. Bausch moved, seconded by Mr. Ramey, to approve the Minutes as presented.
YEA: Ramey, Davis, Cunningham, Bausch
NAY: None
Motion carried: 4-0
4. Consideration and appropriate action relating to a request for a special exception (OBOA 25-10) to
allow for the construction of an accessory structure exceeding the maximum allowed square footage
in a Residential Single Family (RS-3) zoning district, for property located at 8304 North 991h East Avenue
Alexa Beemer presented the item, recommending approval. There were no comments from the
audience. After discussion, Mr. Bausch moved, seconded by Mr. Ramey, to approve the special
exception OBOA 25-10, as recommended.

NAY: None
Motion carried: 4-0

Mr. Ramey moved, seconded by Mr. Bausch, to adjourn the meeting.

NAY: None
Motion carried: 4-0 and the meeting adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
