HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001.04.17_OPGA MinutesOWASSO PUBLIC GOLF AUTHORITY MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, April 17, 2001 The Owasso Public Golf Authority met in a regular session on Tuesday, April 17, 2001 in the Council Chambers at the Owasso Community Center per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2001. ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER Chairman Williams called the meting to order at 8:35 p.m. ITEM 2: FLAG SALUTE The flag salute was held during the City Council meeting preceding this meeting. ITEM 3: ROLL CALL PRESENT ABSENT H C "Will" Williams, Chair Mary Lou Barnhouse, Vice Chair Melinda Voss, Trustee Randy Brogdon, Trustee Rebecca Armstrong, Trustee STAFF Larry Mitchell, City Manager Ronald D Cates, Authority Attorney Marcia Boutwell, Authority Secretary A quorum was declared present. ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING_ TO A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA. A. Approval of the Minutes of April 3, 2001 Regular Meeting. B. Approval of Claims. The consent agenda included minutes of the April 3, 2001 regular meeting, by reference made a part hereto. Item B on the consent agenda included the following claims: (1) Bailey Ranch Golf Club $53,282.08; (2) Payroll $20,769.72. Ms Voss moved, seconded by Mr Brogdon, to approve the consent agenda. AYE: Voss, Brogdon, Armstrong, Barnhouse, Williams NAY: None Motion carried 5-0. Owasso Public Golf Authority ITEMS: REPORT FROM OPGA MANAGER. No report. ITEM 6: REPORT FROM OPGA ATTORNEY. No report. ITEM 7: NEW BUSINESS. None. ITEM 8: ADJOURNMENT. Ms Barnhouse moved, seconded by Ms Voss, to adjourn.
