The meeting agenda was posted at the north entrance to City Hall on the 20th day of October
2007 at 3:00 PM.

3. Approval of Minutes from the October 23, 2007 Regular Meeting — Trish Hauser
moved to approve the minutes of October 23, 2007. David Hall seconded.
AYE: Hall, Laakso, Hauser, Ramey, Foster
NAY: None
The motion carried 5 -0.
4. OBOA -07 -17 — A variance request to allow the reduction of the required 10' side yard
setback to 5' to allow for the construction of a swimming pool on a property zoned RS -3
located at 9903 East 93rd Court North.
Joe Ramey presented the item and Eric reviewed the staff report. The property is 11,396
square feet in size and zoned RS -3 Residential Single - family. The applicant states that an
existing 17.5' easement in the rear yard limits the placement of a swimming pool.
Notification letters were mailed to property owners within 300 feet of the property and
the request was advertised in the Owasso Reporter. The staff recommends approval of
OBOA 07 -17.
David Hall moved to approve the variance request; Ken Foster seconded the motion. A
vote on the motion was recorded as follows:
AYE: Hall, Laakso, Hauser, Ramey, Foster
NAY: None

5. OBOA -07 -18 — A variance request to allow the reduction of the required 20' rear yard
setback to 17' to allow for the construction of a house built 3' over the building line at
10206 North 120 East Avenue.

Joe Ramey presented the item and Eric reviewed the staff report. The property is 7,850
square feet in size and is zoned RS -3 Residential Single - family. The applicant states that
the home was mistakenly constructed over the building setback line in the rear yard by 5'

OBOA 07 -18.
Ken Foster moved to approve the variance request; David Hall seconded the motion. A
vote on the motion was recorded as follows:
