Adjournment OWASSO PUBLIC GOLF AUTHORITY MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, March 4, 1997 The Owasso Public Golf Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, March 4, 1997 in the Council Chambers at the Owasso Community Center per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 1997. ITEM l: CALL TO ORDER ' Chairman Ewing called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m. ITEM 2: FLAG SALUTE The flag salute was given during the OPWA meeting preceding this meeting. RAY CITY MANAG PHIL LUTZ ENGINEERING O AGER ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS AND STORM DRAIN SYSTEMS NOTTINGHAM II March 11, 1997 The project is located between 86th and 96th Streets North, east and adjacent to Nottingham I addition (see attached location map). The Nottingham II water system was accepted by Council on December 3, 1996. Sanitarysewer service is provided by the system constructed for the Nottingham I addition. Designs for the streets and storm drains were reviewed and construction inspected by Public Works personnel. FINAL INSPECTION• The final inspection was attended by the developer and Public Works personnel on March 7, 1997. There were no deficiencies noted. A one-year storm drainage maintenance bond has been provided (see attached). Staff recommendation for acceptance is contingent upon receipt of a two-year street maintenance bond prior to the next scheduled Council meeting. The bonds will become effective upon acceptance. RECOMMENDATION:. Staff recommends acceptance of the Nottingham H streets and storm drain system, contingent upon receipt of required street maintenance bond. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Location map 2.
