Marci Boutwell, City Clerk AGENDA 1. Call to Order & Roll Call 2. Consideration and Appropriate Action Relating to Resolution #97-15, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, Approving the Incurrence of Indebtedness by the Owasso Public Works Authority (The "Authority") in Connection with the Issuance of its Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1997 (The "Bonds"); Providing that the Declaration of Trust Creating the Authority is Subject to the Provisions of the General Bond Indenture, as Supplemented and Amended, Authorizing the Issuance of Said Bonds; Waiving Competitive Bidding and Approving the Proceedings of the Authority Pertaining to the Sale of Said Bonds; Ratifying and Confirming a Lease, as Heretofore Amended (The "Lease") Between the City of Owasso (The "City") and the Authority Whereby the City Leases its Water, Sanitary Sewer, Garbage and Trash Collection Systems and the Bailey Ranch Golf Club to the Authority; Approving and Authorizing Execution of a Security Agreement Pertaining to a Year-to-Year Pledge of Certain Sales Tax Revenue; Approving the Official Statement Pertaining to Said Bonds; Establishing the City's Reasonable Expectations with Respect to the Issuance of Tax- Exempt Bonds in Calendar Year 1997; and Containing Other Provisions Relating Thereto. Consideration and Appropriate Action Relating to a Request for an Amendment to the Capital Improvements Fund Budget. Ms Bishop The staff will recommend an amendment to the Capital Improvements Fund budget wherein the appropriation for 86th Street -Cedar to Main is reduced by $500,000 and a Transfer to the OPWA Sales Tax Fund is increased by $500,000. 4. Consideration and Appropriate Action Relating to a Request to Transfer $500,000 from the Capital Improvements Fund to the OPWA Sales Tax Fund. Ms Bishop The staff will recommend authorization to transfer $500,000 from the Capital Improvements Fund to the OPWA Sales Tax Fund. 5. Adjournment
