STAFF COMMENTS:
This project Drovided an approximate two-inch asphalt overlay on 76th Street North between
129th East Avenue and U.S. 169. The City entered into an agreement with Tulsa County to
complete this project The agreement required the City to purchase the asphalt and emulsion
and the County to provide the equipment and labor The original cost estimate for the project
was $70.000: the actual cost of the project was $23,300 73
