board at 4:00 p. m. on Tuesday, July 18, 1995.

3. Presentation and Open Discussion, Including Public Comment, of a Proposed Low
Income Housing Tax Credit Application.

The purpose of the hearing is for consideration of approval or disapproval of the
proposed development as authorized by the Oklahoma Tax Code. All legal and factual
issues concerning the proposed development will be asserted and considered at the
hearing. This hearing is conducted pursuant to and under Rules 330:36 1-1 et seq of the
Oklahoma Housing Finance Authority and Ordinance #502 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma. Staff will make a presentation of the proposed
application and answer questions, as well as accept for consideration any public
comments offered.

BE ADVISED that the City of Owasso recieved on June 23, 1995, a Notice of Application for
Low Income Housing Tax Credit Development from the Oklahoma Housing Finance Authority.
THEREFORE: By the authority vested in me pursuant to Ordinance #502 Sec 5-1203 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Owasso Oklahoma, I direct that a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Owasso Oklahoma be set for July 24, 1995 at 7:00 p. m. in the Council
Chambers and that the above Notice and public hearing thereon be placed upon the Agenda.
