MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
Tuesday, March 3, 2009
The Owasso Public Works Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in the
Council Chambers at Old Central per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on the
City Hall bulletin board at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2009.
ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Cataudella called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m.
ITEM 2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT ABSENT
Steve Cataudella, Chairman
D.J. Gall, Vice Chair
Doug Bonebrake, Trustee
Wayne Guevara, Trustee
Jon Sinex, Trustee
A quorum was declared present.

ITEM 3. CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A
REQUEST FOR TRUSTEE APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approval of the Minutes of the February 17, 2009 Regular Meeting.
B. Approval of Claims.
Mr. Bonebrake moved, seconded by Mr. Sinex, to approve the OPWA Consent Agenda with
claims totaling $1,062,878.48. The payroll payment report for pay period ending 2/14/09 was
included for review.

NAY: None
Motion carried 5-0.

ITEM 4. PUBLIC HEARING. The Owasso Public Works Authority will conduct a public
hearing for the purpose of receiving citizen comments and input relating to the
Environmental Information Document associated with the East 76th Street Sanitary
Sewer interceptor.
Roger Stevens, Director of Public Works, presented the item to be discussed. Mayor Cataudella
opened the floor for Citizen comments and input.
Ten citizens addressed the Council with questions and concerns.
Mayor Cataudella then declared the Public Hearing closed.

Motion carried 5-0 and the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
