OWASSO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Thursday November 9, 1994 12:00 p.m. Owasso Chamber of Commerce 315 S Cedar, Owasso, Oklahoma MEMBERS PRESENT Alan Anderson Brenda Lawrence Tom Kimball Frank Enzbrenner Bill Retherford Judy Pruitt Charles Burris CALL TO ORDER MEMBERS ABSENT STAFF PRESENT Bernie Wager Dee Hahn Sherry Bishop Rodney Ray Chairperson Tom Kimball called the meeting to order at 12:20 p.m. and declared a quorum present. REQUEST APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 12,1994 REGULAR MEETING Charles Burris moved to approve the minutes as written. Motion seconded by Judy Pruitt. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Charles Burris - Yes Judy Pruitt - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Frank Enzbrenner - Yes The motion carried 7 -0. REQUEST APPROVAL OF CLAIMS Charles Burris moved to approve a claim to Oklahoma Investment Forum for $250.00, Ron Cates for $484.60 and Bernie Wager for $496.89, motion was seconded by Frank Enzbrenner. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Charles Burris - Yes Frank Enzbrenner - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Judy Pruitt - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Owasso Economic Development Authority Minutes of November 9, 1994 © Page 2 The motion carried 7 -0. 4. PRESENTATION OF FINANCIAL REPORT Report was given by Ms. Bishop. 5. PRESENTATION OF STAFF REPORT Report was given by Mr. Bernie Wagner. 6. APPROPRIATE ACTION TO CHANGE TIME AND LOCATION OF REGULAR OEDA MEETINGS Charles Burris moved to change OEDA meetings to the 2nd Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m., seconded by Brenda Lawrence. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Charles Burris - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Judy Pruitt - Yes QFrank Enzbrenner - Yes The motion carried 7 -0. 7. DISCUSSION AND ACTION CONCERNING CHANGE OF SIGNATORIES ON OEDA ACCOUNTS Frank Enzbrenner moved to take Steve Compton off as a signatory and put on Bernie Wagner as a signatory. Seconded by Charlie Burris. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Frank Enzbrenner - Yes Charlie Burris - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Judy Pruitt - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes The motion carried 7 -0. 8.
