REQUEST APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF AUGUST 8, 1994 SPECIAL AND AUGUST 10, 1994 REGULAR MEETING Charles Burris moved to approve the minutes as written. Motion was seconded by Bill Retherford. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: © Charles Burris - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 3. REQUEST APPROVAL OF CLAIMS Alan Anderson moved to approve the claim for $308.00 to Highterh Signs and $360.00 to Catering Connection, motion was seconded by Alafi A-a n. G•�• A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Alan Anderson - Yes Charles Burris - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 4. PRESENTATION OF FINANCIAL REPORT Report was given by Ms. Bishop. C Owasso Economic Development Authority Minutes of September 14, 1994 Page 2 5. STATUS REPORT REGARDING THE PRECISION MACHINE & MANUFACTURING COMPANY'S LEASE /PURCHASE AGREEMENT AN MOVE -IN Report by Mr. Ray and Mr. Compton. 6. STATUS REPORT REGARDING THE NATIONAL STEAK AND POULTRY COMPANY PROJECT Report by Mr.Ray and Mr.Compton. 7. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON AUTHORIZATION OF STAFF TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON LOANS AND LEASES FOR FY94 -95 Alan Anderson moved to authorize staff to make payments on loans and leases for FY 94 -95, motion was seconded by Charles Burris. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Alan Anderson - Yes ® Charles Burris - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes The motion carried 5 -0 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None 9. NEW BUSINESS Bill Retherford made an announcement that the Authority would like it know how much they have enjoyed working with Steve Compton and they wish him all the luck. 10. ADJOURNMENT Bill Retherford moved, seconded by Charles Burris for adjournment.
