CALL TO ORDER MEMBERS ABSENT Bob Randolph Judy Pruitt STAFF PRESENT Steve Compton Charlotte White Sherry Bishop Rodney Ray Chairperson Alan Anderson called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. and declared a quorum present. 2. REQUEST APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF MARCH 10,1994 SPECIAL MEETING Tom Kimball moved to approve the minutes as written. Motion seconded by Frank Enzbrenner. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: © Tom Kimball - Yes Frank Enzbrenner - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 3. REQUEST APPROVAL OF CLAIMS Frank Enzbrenner moved to approve the claim for $2,824.00 for final brick work at the Max Buchanan Company. Motion was seconded by Bill Retherford. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Frank Enzbrenner - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 4. PRESENTATION OF FINANCIAL REPORT 40 Report was given by Ms. Bishop. Owasso Economic Development Authority Minutes of April 13, 1993 Page 2 5. DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF THE 1993 PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE MAX BUCHANAN COMPANY BUILDING AND LAND After discussion, Tom Kimball moved to approve the expenditure of $1,431.32 for the 1993 property taxes for the Max Buchanan Company Building and Land. Motion was seconded by Brenda Lawrence. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Tom Kimball - Yes Brenda Lawrence- Yes Alan Anderson - Yes Frank Enzbrenner - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 6. DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION CONCERNING AUTHORIZING MOORE PLUMBING TO INSTALL 3 HOSEBIBBS AT THE MAX BUCHANAN BUILDING Report by Mr. Compton. Bill Retherford moved to approve the expenditure of $308.14 to Moore Plumbing for installation of 3 hosebibbs at the Max Buchanan Building. Motion was seconded by Tom Kimball. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Bill Retherford - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Frank Enzbrenner - Yes Alan Anderson - Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 7. STATUS REPORT REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL SUBMITTED TO NATIONAL STEAK AND POULTRY COMPANY Report by Mr. Ray and Mr. Compton. 8.
