REQUEST APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 13,1993 REGULAR MEETING Tom Kimball moved to approve the minutes as written. Motion seconded by Bill Retherford. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Tom Kimball - Yes Bill Retherford - Yes Judy Pruitt - Yes Bob Randolph - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Frank Enzbrenner - Yes The motion carried 6 -0. REQUEST APPROVAL OF CLAIMS None. PRESENTATION OF FINANCIAL REPORT Report was presented by Mr. Compton. Owasso Economic Development Authority Minutes of November 10, 1993 Page 2 5. DISCUSSION AND ACTION CONCERNING OEDA'S PARTICIPATION IN '94 HOME & GARDEN SHOW After discussion, Bill Retherford moved to appoint Judy Pruitt and Brenda Lawrence to serve as the representatives from OEDA on the Home and Garden Show committee. Motion seconded by Frank Enzbrenner. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Bill Retherford - Yes Frank Enzbrenner - Yes Tom Kimball - Yes Brenda Lawrence - Yes Bob Randolph - Yes Judy Pruitt - Yes The motion carried 6 -0. The staff was directed to prepare a resolution for action by the Authority at their next meeting. The purpose of the resolution is to show the authority's support of a long -term joint commitment between the Builder's Association, Chamber of Commerce, City Council and OEDA to an overall City presentation at all future Home & Garden Shows.
