Ad) ournment. 0AMANAGERIAUAgendas\0PGA\2010\051810.doc OWASSO PUBLIC GOLF AUTHORITY MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, May 4, 2010 The Owasso Public Golf Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in the Council Chambers at Old Central per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2010. ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Cataudella called the meeting to order at 7:23 p.m. ITEM 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT Steve Cataudella, Chairman Doug Bonebrake, Vice Chair Bryan Stovall, Trustee A quorum was declared present. STAFF Rodney Ray, Authority Manager Julie Lombardi, Authority Attorney ITEM 3. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN ABSENT Wayne Guevara Jon Sinex Mr. Stovall moved, seconded by Mr. Cataudella, to nominate Doug Bonebrake as Chairman. YEA: Stovall, Cataudella, Bonebrake NAY: None Motion carried 3-0. ITEM 4. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN Mr. Cataudella moved, seconded by Mr. Stovall, to nominate Jon Sinex as Vice Chairman. YEA: Stovall, Cataudella, Bonebrake NAY: None Motion carried 3-0. ITEM 5. CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR TRUSTEE APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA. A. Approval of Minutes of the April 20, 2010 Regular Meeting. Owasso Public Golf Authority April 6, 2010 B. Approval of Claims. Mr. Stovall moved, seconded by Mr. Cataudella, to approve the OPGA Consent Agenda with claims totaling $16,911.83. The payroll payment reports for pay period ending 04/24/10. YEA: Stovall, Cataudella, Bonebrake NAY: None Motion carried 3-0. ITEM 6. CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA No action was required on this item.
