3. Consideration and appropriate action relating to a request for approval of the Consent
Agenda. All matters listed under "Consent" are considered by the Trustees to be routine
and will be enacted by one motion. Any Trustee may, however, remove an item from the
Consent Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non -debatable.

MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
Tuesday, May 4, 2010
The Owasso Public Golf Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in the
Council Chambers at Old Central per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on the
City Hall bulletin board at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2010.
ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Cataudella called the meeting to order at 7:23 p.m.
ITEM 2. ROLL CALL

Steve Cataudella, Chairman
Doug Bonebrake, Vice Chair
Bryan Stovall, Trustee
A quorum was declared present.

Mr. Stovall moved, seconded by Mr. Cataudella, to nominate Doug Bonebrake as Chairman.

Motion carried 3-0.
ITEM 4. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN
Mr. Cataudella moved, seconded by Mr. Stovall, to nominate Jon Sinex as Vice Chairman.

NAY: None
Motion carried 3-0.
ITEM 5. CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A
REQUEST FOR TRUSTEE APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA.

B. Approval of Claims.
Mr. Stovall moved, seconded by Mr. Cataudella, to approve the OPGA Consent Agenda with
claims totaling $16,911.83. The payroll payment reports for pay period ending 04/24/10.

NAY: None
Motion carried 3-0.
ITEM 6. CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO ITEMS
REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA
No action was required on this item.

Mr. Ray welcomed newly elected Mayor Doug Bonebrake's family.
