ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Cataudella called the meeting to order at 7:23 p.m. ITEM 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT Steve Cataudella, Chairman Doug Bonebrake, Vice Chair Bryan Stovall, Trustee A quorum was declared present. STAFF Rodney Ray, Authority Manager Julie Lombardi, Authority Attorney ITEM 3. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN ABSENT Wayne Guevara Jon Sinex Mr. Stovall moved, seconded by Mr. Cataudella, to nominate Doug Bonebrake as Chairman. YEA: Stovall, Cataudella, Bonebrake NAY: None Motion carried 3-0. ITEM 4. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN Mr. Cataudella moved, seconded by Mr. Stovall, to nominate Jon Sinex as Vice Chairman. YEA: Stovall, Cataudella, Bonebrake NAY: None Motion carried 3-0. ITEM 5. CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR TRUSTEE APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA. A. Mr. Stovall moved, seconded by Mr. Cataudella, to approve the OPGA Consent Agenda with claims totaling $16,911.83. The payroll payment reports for pay period ending 04/24/10.
