A City of Tulsa report format taken from the Tulsa. Tribune and
a similar format generated by Owasso City staff were submitted for
review and discussion-

liability that a Comwittee, meml,)er might have by virtue of sitting
on the Committee, and to answer questions concerning such
liability-

Discussion centered on progress of some of the projects and
how, or if, this Committee should handle complaints from citizens.
Reqyest was made to have one of the projects signs available at the
next meeting for the Committee to see if the signs are not already
in place.
Suggested items for the April agenda are financial reports,
consideration & approval of report format for public distribution,
and progress report & general discussion of projects. Any other
agenda items need to be given to Ms Lambert or Vis BouI-,we,11. by
Wednesday, April 5, 1989-

With no further business to come before the Committee, Tom

carried 11-0. Meeting adjourned at B:15 p.m.
