Mr Parrett will serve in an at -large capacity, Bill Williams moved, seconded by Tom Kimball, to approve the minutes as written. The motion carried 9 - 0a Ms Sherry Bishop presented the committee with updated reports on the budgeted items from the bond issue and the bond payment schedule, with questions and discussion following. Sales Tax Watchdog Committee October 14, 1991 Page 2 ITEM 6: CONSIDERATION & APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT FORM OR PROJECTS NEW suggested Tom Kimball moved, seconded by Dan Siemens, to approve the new form with th* changes. Motion 10-0. ITEM 7: CONSIDERATION & APPROVAL OF CRITERIA RELATING TO • i �. REPORTS _ FOLLOWING COMPLETION John moved, seconded Leach, that the policy statement be approved. of the Owasso Sales Watchdog Committee was approved and is incorporated as a part of these minutes. ITEM 8: 9 CONSIDERATION CQ DISTRIBUTION The committee discussed Report No. 10 for the period ending September 30, 1991. Pill Williams moved, seconded by Harold Merrill, to approve quarterly report no. 10. ITEM 10: OLIN BUSINESS John Groth cited an article in Sunday's Tulsa World which praised Owasso's new Sports- Plex ITEM 11: NEW BUSINESS question e r on ♦ b of completing - quickly than quarterly the projected seven years. Mayor Phillips and Councilor Randolph were present and the committee requested that they look into this question. Mr. Ray asked if there was any interest in changing the meeting to an earlier time. Following discussion, Tom Kimball moved, seconded by Michael Watson that meetings of the Sales Tax Watchdog Committee be changed from 7:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. beginning with the next • Motion carried 10-0.
