CERTAIN FIREWORKS
ORDINANCE No. 3
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the
Town of Owasso that the sale of Fireworks or the fir-
ing, igniting, or lighting of same within the Town lim-
its is hereby expressly prohibited; provided that the
type of fireworks listed below shall be exempt from the,
Provisions of this ordinance, to-wit:
Sparklers, fountainsg pinwheels,
Roman Candlesq sky-rockets, and
all such types of fireworks that
are not explosive or noise making
in character.
Violation of this ordinance is punishible by fine
Of not less than $500 nor more than $15.00 except that
any person found guilty of a second or subsequent offense
shall be fined NOT LESS THAT $15.00 FOR EACH SUBSEQUENT
offense.
This Ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of
the Town of Owasso at a regularly scheduled meeting on
the 20th of january, 1958.

each subsequent offense.
