OF CEMETARY LOTS
NO. 4
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Owasso that cemetary lots in Fairview Vemetary shall
be sold to the Public at a price of $125.00 per lot unless
said lot is purchased on the time payment plan herein de
scribed in which case the price of each lot shall be $132.50.
Any person desiring to purchase a cemetary lot amy do so
by making application to the Town Clerk. The purchaser
shall accompany his application with a down payment in the
amount of $12.50. The Town Clerk upon reciept of the down
payment shall execute a conmtract for the sale of a cemetary
lot in favor of the purchaser. the contract shall require
in addition to the down payment of $12.50, twelve consecutive
monthly payments of $10.00 each. when all payments
have been made as herein provided, the Town Clerk shall cause
a Warranty Deed to be executd in favor of the purchaser.
If any purchaser desires to purchase more than one
cemetary lot he must make a down payment of $12.50 on
each lot and shall execute a spearate Contract fot the
Sale of a Cemetary Lot on wach lot to be purchased.
Any person living or has Lived within the Owasso School District
may purhcase a grave spake or spaces instead of an entire
lot. The cost of each grave spaceshall be $25.00.
Any person who is not a resident of the Owasso School
District may purchase a grave space or spaces. the cost
of a grave space to such non-resident shall be $50.00 per
grave space. Grave spaces shall be sold to resident or
non-residents on a cash basis only.

paper printed in the English language, in
the City of 'Collinsville, Tulsa County, Ok-
lahoma, having a paid general subscription
circulation in said County, with entrance
into the United States mails as second class
mail matter in Tulsa County, and published
and printed in said County where delivered
to the United States mail, that said news-
paper has been continuously and uninter-
ruptedly published in said County during
a period of one-hundred four (104) con-
secutive weeks immediately prior to the
first publication of the attached notice,
advertisement or publication; and that said
newspaper comes within the requirements
of Chapter 4 of Title 25, Oklahoma Sta-
tutes 1951, as amended, and complies with
all other requirements of the laws of Ok-
lahoma with reference to legal .publications,
That said notice, a true copy of which is
attached hereto, was published in the regu-
lar edition of said newspaper during the
period and time of publication and not in
a supplement, on the following dates:

Cemetery shall be sold to the public
at a price of $125.00 per lot

If any purchaser desires to purchase
more than one cemetery lot

a separate Contract for the
Sale of a Cemetery Lot on each
lot to be purchased.
Any person living or who has
lived within the Owasso School
District may purchase a grave
space or spaces instead of an Entire
lot. The cost of each grave space shall be $25.00
Any person who is not a resident of
the Owasso School District may
purchase a grave space or spaces.
The cost of a grave space to such
non-resident shall be $50.00 per
grave space. Grave spaces shall
be sold to residents or non-residents
ona cash basis only.
