Our conract bond form states that the contractor must comply with the original contract or specification. If, in the specifications a maintenace period of one year is called for, then automatically our bond follows along the same line; therefore we would interpret that an additional maintenace bond not be necessary in this case. We have always maintained that if specification called for a maintenance period of one year that our n automatically assumed that obligation.
