City Board of Trustees
Owasso, Oklahomna
Dear Nr. Bryson:
At the regular m.onthly meeting, February 13, 1962, of the
Owasso Board of Education, attention was directed to a
submitted by the Town of Owasso for payment of
1. One sewer permit (field house) 115 - 00
2. One building permit (field house) 10.00
j -------
Total $25-00
After much discussion and reviewing of the agreement entered.
into by the Board of Elucation and the Town of Owasso when
the Northside site was developed, the question was raised as
to whether or not the school should be assessed for a sewer
pernit on a sewer line that was constructed with school funds:
As for the building permit, it is the understanding of the
Board that the field house was constructed outside the city
limits of Owasso. Therefore a building permit was not re(T.,aired.
it was the opinion of the Board of Education that this claim-
should not be paid. Please refer to the agreement entered into
between the Town of Owasso and OWasso School District No. !I,,
