OKLAHOMA, AND INCREASING AND EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS TO
INCLUDE THE ANNEXED TERRITORY.
WHEREAS, a Petition filed by more than three fourths of the
legal voters and by the owners of more than three fourths in value
of the property hereinafter described, requesting that said property
to be annexed to the Town of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma,
which property is continous and adjacent to the Town of Owasso
and not heretofore embraded within the city limits of said Town,
and,
WHEREAS, notice of the presentation of such petition has
been given by said petitioners by publication at least once in
each week for two successive weeks prior to this date in the
Collinsville News, published at Collinsville, Oklahoma, which is
nearest to the Town of Owasso, there being no newspaper published
in Owasso, and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council deems it proper to annex said territory
and to extend and increase the Town limits of the Town of
Owasso, therefore,
Be it ordained by the board of Trustees of the Town of
Owasso that the following described property is hereby annexed
to and made a part o the Town of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma,
to wit:
The South Ninety (90) feet of the East
two-hundred (200) feet of the North one-
half (N1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the
of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section
Thirty (30), Township twenty-one (21) North,
Range Fourteen (14) East, Tulsa County,
Oklahoma
as shown by the map thereof, attached hereto, and the City limits
of the Town of Owasso are hereby extended and increaded to include
said property within the Town limits of Owasso. The president of
the Board of Trustees is authrozed and directed to file a copy of
this ordinance in the office of the County Clerk of Tulsa County,
Oklahom
Adopted this 7th day of March 1960.

Wayne Beane, of lawful age, being duly sworn, deposes and
says, that he is the president of the Board of Trustees; of the
Town of Owasso, Oklahoma; that the abovbe is a true and correct copy
of the ordinance annexing the property therein described, together
with the map of the territory annexed and that said ordinance
was duly and regularly adopted by Town Council of the
Town of Owasso, on the 7th day of March, 1960.
Subscribed and sworn to before me this 8th day of March
1960.

to the United States mail, that said news-
paper has been continuously and uninter-
ruptedly published in said County during
a period of one-hundred four (104) con-
secutive weeks immediately prior to the

advertisement or publication; and that said
newspaper comes within the requirements
