Rates of Charge. For the purpose of providin la"g funds for the maintenance, repair, extension and operation of the water system of the Town of Owasso, Oklahoma, there is hereby imposed and established the following water service charge of fees: One dollar Q1.00) per month to be charged against each water meter in use within the city limits of tin Town of Owasso., be amended to read as follows: Section 2. Rates of Charge, No service charge shall be charged against any water meter in use within the city limits of the Town of Owasso. All provisions of said Chapter 3, Title 14, of the Revised O rdinances of the Town of Owasso 1957, shall remain unchanged.
