ORDINANCE NO 34
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Owasso, State of Oklahoma, that the sale of fireworks or the firing,
igniting or lighting of same within the town limits is hereby
expressly prohibited. further, be itordained by the board of
Trustees of the Town of Owass, State of Oklahoma, that only the
firing, igniting or lightinf of the type of fireworks listed below
shall be exempt from the provisions of this ordinance to-wit:
Sparklers, fountains, pirsteels, and all such.
types of fireworks that are not ezplosive or noise
making in character and are stationary, exoludinE
roman candies and sky-Tocketo,,
Violation of this ordinance is punishable by fine of not
less than Five Dollars (405-00) nor more than Fifteen Dollars Q015.001,
except that any person f4 guilty of a second or subsequent
offense shall be fined not less than Fifteen Dollars 005.00.) for
each subsequent offense,
This ordinance passed by the Board of Trurtees of the
Town of Owasso, State of Oklahoma, at a reKularly scheduled meeting
on the 4th day of june2 1962,
