KNOW ALL MEN BY THERE PRESENTS: THAT the Town of Owasso in the State of Oklahoma, hereby acknowledges itself indebted to and for value recieved promises to pay to the bearer the sum of FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) DOLLARS on the first day of March 19 together with interest thereon from the date hereof until paid at the rate of per centum per annum, payable semi-annually on the 1st day of March and September of each ear except the first interest coupon which sha mature on Mach 1 1965; said interest evidence by and to be paid upon the surrender of the coupons hereto attached as they severally become due, both principal and interest payable in lawful money of the United State of America as the NATIONAL BANK OF TULSA, TULSA, OKLAHOMA or at the option of the holder, at the Oklahoma Fiscal Agency in the City of New Yourk, State of New York, or in the eveny of the discontinuance of such agency, then at the Manufactures Hanover Trust Company in said city and state of New York. THE FULL FAILTH, CREDIT AND RESOURCES of said Town are hereby irrecovable pledged to the payment of this bond. THIS BOND is one of an issue numbered from ONE to FORTY TWO both inclusive, of like date and tenor exept as to date of maturity and rate of interest oaggregating the principal sum of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND ($210,000.00) DOLLARS and is issued for the purpose of extending and improving the waterworks system to be owned exclusive by said town as a public utility under Section 274, Articel 10 of the Consitiution and Statues of the State of Oklahoma complementary, supplementary and enact pursuant thereto. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED AND RECITED that all sets, conditions and things required to be done precedent to and in the issuance of this bond have been propertly done, happened and been preformed in regular and due form and time as requried by law, and that the total indebtadness of said town including this bond and the series of whick it forms a part does not exceed any constitutional or statutory limitation; and that due provisions has been made for the collection of an annual tax sufficient to pay the interest of this bond as it falls dues and also to constitutue a sinking fund for the payment of the principal hereof at maturity. IN WITNESS WHEREOF said town has caused this bond to be signed by its presitdent Board of Trustees, attested by it's Clerk and sealed wit the seal thereof this 1st day of March , 1964.
