lawful age, being duly sworn and author-
ized, is the
of The Collinsville News, a weekly news-
paper printed in the English language, in
the City of Collinsville, Tulsa County, Ok-
lahoma, having a paid general subscription
circulation in said County, with entrance
into the United States mails as second class
mail matter in Tulsa County, and published
and printed in said County where delivered
to the United States mail, that said news-
paper has been continuously and uninter-
ruptedly published in said County during a
period of one-hundred four (104) con-
secutive weeks immediately prior to the
first publication of the attached notice,
advertisement or publications; and that said
newspaper comes within the requirements
of Chapter 4 of Title 25, Oklahoma Sta-
tutes 1951, as amended, and complies with
all other requirements of the laws of Ok-
lahoma with reference to legal publications.
That said notice, a true copy of which is
attached hereto, was published in the regu-
lar edition of said newspaper during the
period and time of publication and not in
a supplement, on the following dates:

THE REVISED ORDINANCES
FOR THE TOVi' 4 OF OWASSO,
OKLAHOMA, FOR 1957, AS
CODIFIED AND APPROVED,
AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE "TRAFFIC CODE"_ FOR
THE SAID TOWN OF OWASSO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE -TOWN OF OWASSO,
OKLAHOMA. :
Section 1. AMENDMENT OF
SECTION 58, TITLE 13, OF 1957
REVISED ORDINANCES
That ° Section 11fty-eight (58)`
of Title 13, of the Revised Ordin-
ances for the 'T'own of Owasso,
Oklahoma, for the year _ 1957, i
as codified and approved and
passed on the 21st stay of Janu-
ary, 1957, be amended to read
and provide as follows:
"Section 58. MUh'FLERS: It
shall be an offense to operate
any motor vehicle within The
Tower of Owasso, Oklahoma
with the exhaust system mod
fied so that motor noise is in-
creased, of \vhich is not equip-
ped with an exhaust system and
muffler of either equal or
superior efficiency' to that of
the custoina--ey and standard,
or"ginal system and muffler
provided by th-e manufacturer
i of like vehicle;, for general and
'usual public uso."
EMERGENCY That because
of the existance of conditions I

immediate threat to the peace,
safety and welfare of persons
and the peace and welfare of the

reason whereof this ordinance I

its passage, as Provided by
law.
