Owasso 4° °a AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION FIFTY-EIGHT (58) OF CHAPTER EIGHT (8) TITLE THIRTEEN (1J) OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES FOR THE TOVi' 4 OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, FOR 1957, AS CODIFIED AND APPROVED, AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "TRAFFIC CODE"_ FOR THE SAID TOWN OF OWASSO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE -TOWN OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA. : Section 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 58, TITLE 13, OF 1957 REVISED ORDINANCES That ° Section 11fty-eight (58)` of Title 13, of the Revised Ordin- ances for the 'T'own of Owasso, Oklahoma, for the year _ 1957, i as codified and approved and passed on the 21st stay of Janu- ary, 1957, be amended to read and provide as follows: "Section 58. MUh'FLERS: It shall be an offense to operate any motor vehicle within The Tower of Owasso, Oklahoma with the exhaust system mod fied so that motor noise is in- creased, of \vhich is not equip- ped with an exhaust system and muffler of either equal or superior efficiency' to that of the custoina--ey and standard, or"ginal system and muffler provided by th-e manufacturer i of like vehicle;, for general and 'usual public uso."
