After the effective date of this ordinance, no plunbirg shall be installed which would.
cause or wermit more than one family unit to receive water service or supply through a
single water neter,, and the pluimioing inspector shall not approve any plumbing or extension
of water lines, where by doing so would permit a violation of this Section; And, The
Town of Owasso, _iiscovery or disclosure of a violation of this Sectionp may discontinue
outer service, after giving notice, by-mail addressed to the party listed as the user.,

passage and approval of this Ordinance, Number 79s amended to provide and read as
follows-.
fQP112n h—ine,L21. UATAR RATES AM CHARGES. The rates per month for water supplied
thTough meters to all single unit places using mater within Tile Town of a,,-ass 05 shall
be as follo7s:
Cm the first one thousand gallons or less, Two Miars and Twenty"five
Cents k,,2.25) per thousand;
2. On the second one thousand gallons or fraction thereof, Seventy-five
Cents (5.75) per thousand;
3. On the third
one thousand gallons or fraction thereof, Sixty Cents (0.60)
per thousand;
Wer three thou Band gallons, Fifty Cents (Q.50) per thousand.
5. Apartment houses containing six or more familyts: Fifty Cents 050)
for each one thousand gallons registered through a single meter, together
with minimum or services charges provided by this or other ordinances of
the Town of Cumssog relating to water service and charges affecting
anartnent houses.

repealed, except that obligations incurred by users of water prior to the passage anad
approval of this ordinance shall remain urahanged and not be eliminated hy the enaUlt,
ment of this ordinance, and all other provisions of said Ordinance 29 and all provisions
of Title 11L111 of the Revised Ordinances of the Town of Owa sso, Oklahona, as amended, not
in conflict with this Ordinance shall remain unchanged and in full force and affect.
