AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING INTO AND ANNEXING TO THE TOWN OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, A PARCEL OF LAND IN
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF
SECTION 30, TOWHSIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, IN TULSA COUNTY,
OKLAHOMA, ALL MORE MARTICULARLY DESCRIBED THEREIN; DECLARING AFFECTIVE DATE OF ANNEXATION, AFTER
WHICH DATE ALL OF SAID REAL ESTATE SHALL BE A PART OF THE TOWN OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, AND ALL
PERSONS RESIDING THEREIN AND ALL PROPERTY THEREON SITUATED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION,
CONTROL AND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, IN ALL RESPECTS AND APRTICULSA, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
THAT WHEREAS a petition has been filed and presented by C. W. Fry and Shirley A Fry, his waife,
as the sole and only owners, petitioning and requesting that the following described real
property, to-wit:
The South 210 feet of the Southeast Quarter (seSE1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 30, Township 21 North,
Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, in
the County of Tulsa, State of Oklahoma, less and
except a strip of land covayed by dedication deed
dated April 10, 1959 and recorded in Book 2966, at
Page 492, of the records of the County Clerk for
Tulsa County, Okalhoma,
be accepted into, added and annexed to The Town of Owasso; and, notice of presentation
of said petition having been duly and regularly given and published once in each week for
two consecutive weeks in the Owasso Reporter, a newspaper fully qualified under the laws of
the State of Oklahoma for such publication, published in The Town of Owasso, Oklahoma, and
proof of publication having been filed all as required by Law,
AND, WHEREAS said described property is adjacent to and abutting the present boundary line of
the corporate limits of the said Town of Owasso, and it is to the mutual advantage, benefit and
welface of The Town of Owasso, Oklahoma, and the said C. W. Fry and Shirley A. Fry, the sole
and only owners thereof, that said petition be allowed and the request granted,
AND, WHEREAS there appears no opposition to the granting of the request of said petition,
NOW, THEREFORE. IT IS ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request and petition of C. W. Fry and Shirley A. Fry, herein referred to,
be and the same is granted and allowed.
2. That the following tract and parcel of land, to-wit:The South 210 feet of the Southeast Quarter (seSE1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 30, Township 21 North,
Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, in
the County of Tulsa, State of Oklahoma, less and
except a strip of land covayed by dedication deed
dated April 10, 1959 and recorded in Book 2966, at
Page 492, of the records of the County Clerk for
Tulsa County, Okalhoma,
be and the same is hereby admitted, added to and annexed to, and taken into the corporate limits
of The Town of Owasso, State of Oklahoma.
Section 3. that this Ordinance shall become affective on the 17th day of March, 1969, after
which date all of said real estate described herein shall be a part of The Town of Owasso, Oklahoma,
and all persons residing therein and all property situated thereon shall be subject to the
jurisdiction and ordinances of The Town of Owasso, Oklahoma, in all respects and particulars.
Section 4. That existing conditions required the establishment of adequate police and sanitation
control, and that by raeson thereof an emergency exists for the perservation of the public
health, peace, safety and welfacre, by reason whereof this ordinance shall take affect immediately
from and after its passage and approval, as provided by law.
PASSED by the Board of Trustees of The Town of Owasso, Oklahoma, and APPROVED by the President
of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Owasso, on this 17th day of March, 1969, with the
EMERGENCY CLAUSE VOTED UPON SEPARATELY and passed by unanimous vote of said Board of Trustees.

paper fully qualified under the laws of the State of Oklahoma
for such publication, published in The Town of Owasso,
Oklahoma, and proof of publication having been filed all as
required by law,
AND, WHEREAS said described property is adjacent to and
abutting the present boundary line of the corporate limits of
the said Town of Owasso, and it is to the mutual advantage,
benefit and welfare of The Town of Owasso, Oklahoma, and
the said C. W. Fry and Shirley A. Fry, the sole and only
owners thereof, that said petition be allowed and the request
granted,
AND, WHEREAS there appears no opposition to the granting

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:

1969, with the EMERGENCY CLAUSE VOTED UPON SEPA-

Trustees.
