Ms. Glenna Anderson
Treasurer, City of Owasso

Owasso, OK 74055
Dear Ms. Anderson:
Enclosed are four copies of the documents needed to amend your pension plan
so that employees separated from service with vested rights may elect a
reduced benefit at age 55 or later in lieu of their full accrued benefit
at age 65. You will want to have your city attorney review and finalize
the sample language. The substance of the amendment, however, should not
be changed since selection of one of the standard provisions is a condition
of membership in OMRF.
When the amendment is signed and executed please send one copy to Mr. C. A.
Hartwig at Liberty Nation Bank, retain one copy for your files and return
two copies to us.
If we can be of any further assistance please let us know.
Sincerely,
A. S. HANSEN, INI,_,
