That Ordinance No. 117 be and the same is hereby amended, and the following described property to-wit'. Some as above Ise and the same is hereby rezoned from an RS-2to a CS class- ification. SECTION II, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed. Gov't Survey thereof, containing approximately 20 Acres, less certain portions described in public highway dedication deeds recorded in Book 2966 at page 472 and book 2966 at page 476 in the Tulsa County Register of Deeds, containing approximately 5.67 acres. FROM AN RS-2 CLASSIFICATION TO A CS CLASSI- FICATION: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. .........................
