CLASSIFICATION: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 117 be and the same is
hereby amended, and the following described property to-wit'.

Ise and the same is hereby rezoned from an RS-2to a CS class-
ification.
SECTION II, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.

State of Oklahoma, according to the U. S. Gov't
Survey thereof, containing approximately 20 Acres,
less certain portions described in public highway
dedication deeds recorded in Book 2966 at page 472
and book 2966 at page 476 in the Tulsa County
Register of Deeds, containing approximately 5.67
acres.

FICATION: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
