REZONING A TRACT DESCRIBED AS:
West Half of the SE1/4, of the S1/4, of the SE4 of Section 19, Township
21 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma; thence 400 feet North,
thence 330 feet East thence 400 feet South, thence 330 West to the point
of beginning.
FROM A CH&RS-2 CLASSIFICATION TO A CH, COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY
CLASSIFICATION: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 117 be and the same is
hereby amended, and the following described property to-with:
Beginning at the SW Corner of the West Half of the SE/4, of the SW/4, of the
SE/4 of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma:
thence 400 feet North, thence 330 feet east, thence 400 feet south, thence
330 feet west to the point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from a CH & RS-2 TO A CH classification.
SECTION 11. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
PASSED with the emergency clause ruled upon separately this 2nd
day of April, 1974,
