FROM A CH&RS-2 CLASSIFICATION TO A CH, COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY CLASSIFICATION: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. **************************************************************** BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 117 be and the same is hereby amended, and the following described property to-with: Beginning at the SW Corner of the West Half of the SE/4, of the SW/4, of the SE/4 of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma: thence 400 feet North, thence 330 feet east, thence 400 feet south, thence 330 feet west to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby rezoned from a CH & RS-2 TO A CH classification. SECTION 11. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
