AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO® 117, APPROVING OZ NOa 16, AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property to-
wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the East half (E2) of Section 20, Township
21 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma; thence West along the North line
of said Section 20 a distance of 800 feet to a point; thence South (approximately
320 feet) to the centerline of that certain easement granted to the Public Service
Company of Oklahoma as recorded in Book 2804 at Page 505, Tulsa County records;
thence Southwesterly along said centerline a distance of 1,400 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence at a right angle, S.-480 -57�-E. to a point that is
1,326 feet West of the East line of said Section 20; thence South and parallel to
said East line to a point that is 1,326 feet West and 235 feet North of the South-
east corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section 20; thence East 56 feet to a
point; thence South a distance of 1,050 feet to a point that is 1,270 feet West
and 1,817.54 feet North of the Southeast corner of Section 20; thence Southwesterly
to a point on the West line of the East half (E2) of said Section 20, 550 feet North
of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along the West line of the East half
(E2) of Section 20 a distance of 3,761.11 feet to a point that is 960 feet South of
the Northwest corner of said East half (E2); thence Northeasterly to a point on the
North line of Section 20, said point being 1,170 feet East of the Northwest corner
of the East half (E2) thereof; thence East along said North line a distance of 5210
25 feet to a point; thence Southwesterly to a point that bears N.-480 -57'-W. and a
distance of 560 feet from the centerline of the Public Service Company easement
referenced above; thence S-480 -57'-E. a distance of 560 feet to the point of be-
ginning. (Contains approximately 101.4 acres.)

1,350 feet West and 990 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Section 20;
thence East 1,350 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 20; thence North
along the East line thereof, a distance of 2,017.54 feet to a point; thence West
726 feet to a point; thence North a distance of 560 feet to a point; thence West
100 feet to a point; thence S-450 -W. a distance of 353.55 feet to a point; thence
South a distance of 450 feet to a point; thence West a distance of 194 feet to a
point; thence South 1,050 feet to a point; thence Southwesterly to a point on the
West line of the East half (E2) of Section 20; said point being 550 feet North of
the Southwest corner thereof; thence South along said West line a distance of 550
