BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described pro- perty to-wit, The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W/2, NW /4, SE/4) of Section 199 Township 21 North, Range 14 East, of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma; LESS AND EXCEPT the South 686 ®0 feet, containing, in all, 9.63 acres. be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG to an RS-3 classification. SECTION 20 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
