AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 117, APPROVING
OZ NO® 189 AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described pro-
perty to-wit,
The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W/2,
NW /4, SE/4) of Section 199 Township 21 North, Range 14 East, of the
Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma; LESS AND
EXCEPT the South 686 ®0 feet, containing, in all, 9.63 acres.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG to an RS-3 classification.
SECTION 20 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
PASSED with the emergency clause ruled upon separately, this 5th day
