ORDINANCE NO 185
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 117, APPROVING
OZ NO. 19, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKIA HOMA
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described pro-
perty to-wit:
A tract of ground situated in the South Half of the Northeast Quarter
(S/2, NE/4) of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the
Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and being more par-
ticularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line
of Section 19, 660.0 feet South of the Northeast corner of the South
Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South along said East line a
distance of 191.14 feet; thence North 890 55' 12" West a distance of
215.0 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of Section 19 a
distance of 100.0 feet; thence South 890 55l 12" East a distance of
100.0 feet; thence South along a line parallel with the East line of
Section 19 a distance of 367.98 feet; thence North 890 58! 38" West
a distance of 250.0 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel with
the East line of Section 19 a distance of 659.53 feet; thence South
890 55! 12" East a distance of 365.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing, in all, 5.06 acres.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG to a CG classification.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
