BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKIA HOMA SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described pro- perty to-wit: A tract of ground situated in the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S/2, NE/4) of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and being more par- ticularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of Section 19, 660.0 feet South of the Northeast corner of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South along said East line a distance of 191.14 feet; thence North 890 55' 12" West a distance of 215.0 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of Section 19 a distance of 100.0 feet; thence South 890 55l 12" East a distance of 100.0 feet; thence South along a line parallel with the East line of Section 19 a distance of 367.98 feet; thence North 890 58! 38" West a distance of 250.0 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel with the East line of Section 19 a distance of 659.53 feet; thence South 890 55! 12" East a distance of 365.0 feet to the point of beginning containing, in all, 5.06 acres. be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG to a CG classification. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
