ORDINANCE NO. 189
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, SECTION 102 OF TI~E OWASSO
CITY CODE (1973), PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS OF SAID
CHAPTER; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSOg OKLAHOMA
SECTION 1. That Chapter 14 Section 102 of the Owasso
City Code (1973) which presently provides:
"Sec. 102 Penalty. Any person who violates provis
of this Chapter is guilty of an Offense. and upon conv
shall be fined in an amount not exceeding th f

be repealed and the following revision of said Sect shall be
enacted in lieu thereof:
"Sec. 14-102. Penalty. Any person who violates any
provision of this Chapter is guilty of an offense, and
upon conviction shall be fined an amount not exceed
one hundred dollars $100.00), including costs."
SECTION 2. It being immediate necessary for preser-
vation of the public peace, hea and safety, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist, by reason whereofQ this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in full force from and after s passage
and approval.
