AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR THOSE PERSONSy FIRMS
OR CORPORATIONS ENGAGING IN THE BUSINESSy TRADE OR PROFESSION OF
(A) EXTERMINATOR OR PEST CONTROL OPERATOR AND TREE OR
SHRUBBERY SERVICE OPERATOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCYe
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO OKLAHOI\I!A. :
Section 1. There is hereby assessed and lev a tax or
license fee upon each persony f or corporat engag
any vocation@ occupation@ business or tradeD named th
Section, for the purpose of meeting the expense of supervis $
regulating and policing said trades or business@ every person
who engages in any of the following occupationsQ trades. or
businesses6 shall first procure a license therefor The license

Section 2" EMERGENCY CLAUSEe That an emergency exists for
the preservation of the public peacey health and safety. by
reason whereof@ this ordinance shall take effect an after
its passage, approval and publication@

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR `
THOSE PERSONS, FIRMS OR CORPORATIONS:
ENGAGING IN THE BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION
OF (A) EXTERMINATOR OR PEST CONTROL
OPERATOR AND (B) TREE OR SHRUBBERY SERVICE
OPERATOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY'.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
Section 1. There is hereby ;assessed and levied a tax or
license fee upon each person, firm or corporation engaging in
any vocation, occupation, business or trade, named in this
Section, for the purpose of meeting the expense of super
vising regulating and policing said trades or business, and
every _ person who engages in any of the following oc-
cupations, trades, or businesses, shall first procure a license
therefore. The license fee herein provided shall be an annual
fee.
CATEGORY LICENSE FEE
(56) Exterminator or Pest
Control Operator $10.00
(57) Tree or Foliage Service
Operator $10.00 '
Section 2. EMERGENCY CLAUSE. That an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, by reason whereof, this ordinance shall take effec¢
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED and the emergency clause ruled upon separately
and approved this 7th day of October, 1975.
