AN ORDINANCE A NDING TABLE TITLED "TABLE 3, BULK AND AREA
REQUIREsENTS IN RE, RS, RD AND RM DISTRICTS" IN SECTION 430,
CHAPTER 4 OF THE "ZONING CODE" OF THE CITY O ASSO, OKLA-
HOMA, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 10 That table titled "Table 3, Bulk and Area Requirements
in RE, RS, RD and RM Districts" in Section 4309 Chapter 4 of the "Zoning
Code" of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows, tO-Wit:

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That an emergency exists for the preservation of the public
health, peace and safety, and that by virtue thereof, this ordinance shall
become effective immediately upon its passage and approval.

Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict therewith, and declaring an emergency.
Table No. 3 of the Owasso Zoning Code (Ord. 175) is amended, in part;; as it effects lot saes and side yard
measurements. The present, as amended, Table 3 now reads;
