AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 175, APPROVING
OZ-22, 23, 24, 25 & 26, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described real
estate, situated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The North 790000 feet of the NE/4 NE/4, Section 7, Township 21 North,
Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma,
containing approximately 24 acres more or less,
be and the same is hereby changed from AG Classification to CS Classification.
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the following described real
estate, situated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
All of Lot 14, Block 3, Three Lakes, containing 6.223 acres; AND That
part of Lot 26, Block 5, further described as beginning at the Southwest
corner of Lot 26, Block 5, thence N 00 10' 00" E, 220400 feet along
the west said lot line, thence due East, 270406 feet along the north
said lot line, thence 183060 feet along a curve left with a radius of
880.00 feet and a central angle of 110 57' 14" along the North said lot
line, thence S 60 43' 00" E, 4.64 feet, thence 146.56 feet along a curve
right with a radius of 279.91 feet and a central angle of 300 00' 00",
thence S 230 17' 00" W, 99.17 feet, thence due west, 393.44 feet along
the south lot line to the point of beginning, and containing 2.218 acres.

SECTION 3. That the zoning classification of the following described real
estate, situated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
All that part of W/2 SW/4 SEA SEA, Section 30, Township 21 North,
Range 14 East, of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma,
according to the Original Government Survey thereof, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the East boundary
of said W/2 SW/4 SEA SE/4, 45010 feet from the Southeast corner thereof;
thence Northerly 890 54' 17" W, a distance of 330.18 feet to a point in
the West boundary of said W/2 SW/4 SEA SEA, 46.90 feet from the Southwest
corner thereof; thence North 00 17' 00" Westerly along the West boundary
of said w/2 SW /4 SEA SEA a distance of 140.0 feet; thence Northerly 890
46' 58" East parallel to the South boundary of said W/2 SW/4 SEA SEA a
distance of 330422 feet to a point in the East boundary of said W/2 SW/4
SEA SE/4; thence South 00 16' 08" Easterly along the East boundary of
said W/2 SW /4 SEA SEA a distance of 140.7 feet to the point of
beginning; containing 118,550 square feet or 2.7215 acres.

SECTION 4. That the zoning classification of the following described real
estate, situated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The East 418.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 20, Elm Creek Addition, to the
City of Owasso, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
be and the same is hereby changed from CS Classification to RM-2 Classification.
SECTION 5. That the zoning classification of the following described real
estate, situated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
A tract of ground situated in Lot 1, Block 19, Elm Creek Estates First
Addition to the City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma according to the
recorded plat thereof and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 19, thence North 150 31' 5.46"
West along a line previously recorded as "North 140 29' 50.03" West" a
distance of 171.15 feet, said distance previously recorded as "169.41 feet"
thence North 090 11' West a distance of 155.26 feet; thence Easterly along
a line parallel with the South line of Block 19 a distance of 462.69 feet,
thence South a distance of 318.18 feet; thence West along the South line
of Block 19 a distance of 392.12 feet to the point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby changed from CS Classification to CG Classification.
SECTION 6. That an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health,
peace and safety and by reasons whereof, this ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and approval.
