ORDINANCE NO. 228
AN ORDINANCE MENDING THE OWASSO ZONING ORDINANCE, APPROVING OPUD-1, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN ENERGEMY,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKIAHONA:
SECTION 1: That the zoning classification of the following described real
estate situated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
A part of Lot 15, Block 3, Three Lakes Addition to the City
of Owasso, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, of said
Addition; thence N 60039390" W along the north edge of said
Lot 1 a distance of 130.00 feet to the northwest corner of
said Lot 1; thence S 24045'46" W a distance of 429.98 feet to
a point, said point being the 0 northeast corner of Lot 13, of
said Block 3; thence South 57 57'47" West along the South line
of said Lot 15, Block 3, a distance of 42148 feet to a point,
said point being the northwest corner of Lot 13, Block 3;
thence N 12030'55" W along the West line of Lot 15 a distance
of 102.00 feet to a point, said point being the northeast cor-
ner of Lot 14 of said Block 3; thence N 00010'00" E along the
West line of said Lot 15 a distance of 585.00 feet to a point;
thence S 89050'00" E a distance of 120.00 feet to a point;
thence N 73048'37" E a distance of 410058 feet to a point;
thence S 60039'09" E a distance of 250.00 feet to a point;
said point being on the west right-of-way line of North Gum
Street; thence southwesterly along a curve to the right whose
radius is 1045.00 feet and central angle is 7008'41" a dis-
tance of 130.31 feet to a point; thence S 27129'07" W a dis-
tance of 9069 feet to a point; said point being the point of
beginning, containing 7.26 acres more or less;
be and the same is hereby amended to reflect the supplemental designation PUD
(Planned Unit Development),
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3. That an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health,
peace and safety and by reason whereof, this ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE, APPROVING OPUD -1, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: '
SECTION 1: That the zoning classification of the following
described real estate situated in Tulsa County, State of
Oklahoma, to -wit:
