HomeMy WebLinkAbout242_Vacating Utility Easement ORDINANCE NO. 242 AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF THE SE/4 OF THE NE/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA- Section 1. That it is necessary and expedient to vacate that certain utility easement dated December 30, 1966, and recorded in Book 3798 at Page 2046 in the Off ice of the County Clerk of Tulsa County, Oklahoma., and covering the following described property, towit: The North 10 feet of the South 30 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE/4 NE/4) of Section 19, Township 21 North, Kange 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Section 2. That no written notice for the passage of Section 3. That said utility easement is hereby vacateT and that same be declared to be of no further use or value to A Section 4. That an emergency exists for the preservation Of the public health, peace and safety and by reason whereof, this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and approval. FEET OF THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF THE SEA OF THE NE-4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO,OKLAHOMA: Section 1. That it is necessary and expedient to vacate that certain utility easement dated December 30, 1966, and recorded in Book 3798 at Page 2046 in the Office of the County Clerk of Tulsa County, and covering the following described property, towit: The North 10 feet of the South 30 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE-4 NE -4) of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Section 3. That said utility easement is hereby vacated and that same be declared to be of no further use or value to the City of Owasso, Oklahoma. Section 4. That an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety and by reason whereof, this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
